Early bird registration (45 € discount) deadline is 31. May 2013

We are offering 2 different types of registrations: Academic for 250 € and Industry for 350 € with a reduced early bird fee for registrations until 31. May 2013. After this date the regular registration fees are: Academic for 295 € and Industry for 395 €. So register fast to save the 45 € early bird discount. Onsite registration fees are: Academic for 350 € and Industry for 450 €.

The registration fee includes access to all presentations (workshops, talks, posters and exhibits), full board from 16.10.2013 (dinner) to 18.10.2013 (breakfast) and coffee breaks. The registration fee needs to be paid during the online registration process on our secure registration website. Any major credit cards are accepted. The only way to pay the registration fee is by credit card. Your registration will be completed only when the payment was received. You will then receive your registration confirmation and payment receipt by email. Please print out this confirmation and bring it with you to the conference to accelerate your badging on site.

Abstract submission: Abstracts might be submitted online during your online registration procedure. If you don't have your abstract available during your online registration you might also send it by email later. Please note that you need to be a registered participant to submit an abstract. Abstract submission deadline is: 1. September 2013. Abstracts will be reviewed by the steering committee to decide whether the abstract will be accepted as a poster or talk. Being registered does not automatically imply acceptance of a submitted abstract for a poster or talk. The steering committee reserves the right to reject abstracts with subject to availability. Everybody who submitted an abstract will be informed about the acceptance by 1. October 2013.

Cancellation policy: To cancel your registration please use the cancellation link provided in your registration confirmation email or our contact sheet.
Cancellations before 1. July 2013 will be refunded with 70% of the paid registration fee. There won't be any refund for cancellations on or after this date.
